The Los Angeles Office is the largest of Jones Day's five California offices.  Opened in 1973 with three lawyers, the Office today boasts 120 lawyers, practicing from striking space atop the City National Tower in the heart of downtown.  In accord with Jones Day's "One Firm Worldwide" concept, our Los Angeles lawyers come from all over the world and work with colleagues and clients throughout California and across the globe to offer the full complement of Jones Day’s services. 

The litigation practice of Jones Day L.A. is among the city’s best and most diverse, with experience in national and international litigation and arbitration.  We litigate a wide variety of complex business disputes with particular depth in antitrust, class action defense, construction, corporate criminal investigations, intellectual property, issues and appeals, labor and employment, and product liability and toxic tort.  Our litigators include members of the American College of Trial Lawyers, former federal prosecutors and a former California court of appeals justice.
