The Paris Office of Jones Day opened in 1970. Our lawyers advise a wide range of U.S., French, and other multinational clients on domestic and cross-border matters. The Paris Office has more than 90 lawyers, including 18 partners.

The lawyers of Jones Day's Paris Office are committed not only to their clients, but also to their community. Our lawyers, as part of our pro bono program, assist with all the corporate secretary work of both Helen Keller International (“HKI”) and Helen Keller International - Europe, including management reports and minutes of meetings, amendments to articles of association, and corporate formalities. Recently, Jones Day provided assistance on all corporate formalities related to the corporate sponsorship of Helen Keller International by Total, the oil and gas company, which will facilitate the creation of HKI centers in Burma and Singapore.
