Coordinator, Business Development & Communications (BD&C)

Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Coordinator, Business Development & Communications is responsible for supporting the business development efforts of the Paris office, including drafting new business proposals, responding to RFPs (in French) and events planning and execution.
In performing this role, the Coordinator, Business Development & Communications is expected to demonstrate initiative, set priorities, ensure timely and accurate completion of assignments, and comply with Firm policies and procedures.

The Coordinator, Business Development & Communications is also expected to assist in other Business Development & Communications-related functions including, for example, helping with tracking of client interactions and client targeting, and with the preparation of internal Business Development & Communications-related documents. The Coordinator, Business Development & Communications is expected to perform all job duties with a commitment to producing quality work product as part of a global team. The Coordinator, Business Development & Communications will work in both English and French and produce documents in both languages.

Required Qualifications:

  • University-level degree (+5) or equivalent degree (business school).
  • Minimum three to five years of experience in a business development and/or marketing role in a business and/or professional services environment.
  • Minimum three years of experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Excellent proficiency with CRM and email marketing software.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills; bi-lingual with strong French and English skills.
