Business Development and Communications (BD&C) Coordinator

Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Business Development and Communications (BD&C) Coordinator is responsible for supporting the business development efforts, with a primary focus on events planning and execution. The BD&C Coordinator reports directly to the Regional Business Development & Communications Manager and Firm Director, Business Development & Communications. In performing this role, the BD&C Coordinator is expected to demonstrate initiative, set priorities, ensure timely and accurate completion of assignments, and comply with Firm policies and procedures. The BD&C Coordinator is also expected to assist in other BD&C-related functions, including for example helping with tracking of client interactions and client targeting, and with the preparation of internal BD&C-related documents. The BD&C Coordinator is expected to perform all job duties with a commitment to producing quality work product as part of a global team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Completed HBO education.
  • Minimum three years’ experience in a business development and/or marketing role in a business and/or professional services environment.
  • Minimum three years’ experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Outstanding analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent oral and written expressiveness; both in Dutch and English.
